Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

In deviation from this, for contracts involving regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item.

For contracts concerning the supply of data not stored on a physical medium, which is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cryptellion UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ursulinenstraße 35, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany, Tel.: +49 17665815879, Email: info@cryptellion.xyz) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not citizens of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are located outside the European Union.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, including the terms about the early expiry of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
